Announcing the Happiness Habit Challenge 2016!
You’re going to jump for joy when you’re done with this challenge!
I want to invite you to my 30 Day Happiness Habit Challenge, taking place from October 1 to October 30, 2016.
Why a “Happiness Habit Challenge?” you may ask. A lot of reasons, but I’ll name just three:
- First, there’s a lot of “stuff” going on in the world today that’s downright depressing and distressing. Too much of that, and your brain shuts down and you just get sadder and sadder and more frustrated.
- Second, the more people who feel unhappy, the more it spreads.
- Third, happily, the reverse is also true – the more people feel happy, the more they raise the emotional level of the people around them.
I’d rather help spread the happiness, and help the entire world that way.
So I created the 30 Day Happiness Habit Challenge to help both you and me get happier and stay happier longer.
And finally, wouldn’t you like to be truly, genuinely happier for the upcoming holiday season? And into next year? And maybe the rest of your life? Cool!
Here’s how it works…
Click the JOIN NOW button below, and enter your name and email address on the registration page that appears.
Starting on October 1, you’ll get an email every day from me with a tip, strategy, and/or resource designed to help you grow your happiness, and get in the habit of feeling happy. We’re not talking fluff here. These are hands-on, actionable tips and strategies you can use every day to get in the habit of feeling happier, more confident, and more fulfilled.
The email will also have a link to my blog right here where you can read a new article every day about happiness.
And, last and best of all, I’ve created a Facebook Group for all of us to get and give support. Anything new that I learn, I’ll share. Anything that you learn, please share! I hope we can create a world-wide support network for increasing happiness all over! Sound good? Then click the button!
Many blessings,
